How to use it
- Choose the PDF.
- Type a number or name in Find, or tap Draw box and drag over what to hide.
- Check each box. Drag to adjust it, or remove the ones you don’t want.
- Press Save redacted PDF. The new file is checked for the covered text.
Questions
Is the covered text really gone?
Yes. Redacted pages become images, so the covered text is gone for good. The new file is read back to check.
Can Find search a scanned PDF?
No. Find reads typed text only. On a scan, draw the boxes by hand.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens in your browser. The file never leaves your device.
